Lifelong learning is a cornerstone of sustainable success for organisations as well as individuals. As the digital world changes rapidly, enabling your teams and managers to keep up with this change requires investing not just in agency relationships but in your organisation's own digital literacy.

At Multiligo, we plan, organise and deliver training in digital marketing, digital communications, digital transformation, e-commerce, business development and various software — tailored to your organisation's needs. In addition to our expert team, we also connect experienced stakeholders with participants in our training sessions.

We particularly recommend our digital marketing introduction training for managers at the strategic level, especially for agency and staff management. Basic digital marketing knowledge is essential to evaluate strategies your agency proposes, interpret reports and ask the right questions.

For social media teams, we offer training on content production, visual design tools, platform algorithms and analytics reading. We cover how to practically use tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Analytics — which content formats perform better on which platform and how to increase engagement.

In e-commerce training, we cover product listing, marketplace algorithms, ad management, customer service processes and profitability analysis. If you have an existing e-commerce operation, working with your real data makes the training far more concrete.

If you need an in-house training platform, after determining your needs and objectives we also set up a custom e-learning infrastructure for your organisation — turning training content into a permanent organisational asset that new employees can access when they join.

How We Work

1

We do not offer our corporate training with a standard curriculum. Every organisation's needs differ: some want to manage their own Google Ads campaigns, some want to learn how to supervise their agency, and others want to strengthen their team in social media production.

2

We begin with a needs analysis interview. We assess participants' existing knowledge levels and understand the organisation's objectives to prepare customised training content. Training can be delivered in a classroom setting or remotely, and includes case studies and practical exercises.

3

After training, we provide resource documents, tool lists and follow-up support so participants can apply what they have learnt. Our aim is for the training not to remain a one-off event, but to create a lasting increase in capacity within your organisation.
